Our CLOUDCare offering is able to reduce the total number of network failures through 24/7/365 monitoring and regular preventative maintenance.  The aim is to prevent technology problems (and reduce downtime), rather than responding to them.  By monitoring our clients systems, applications and completing regular maintenance we can bring a higher level of service than the CLOUDWatch program. 

Through the combination of both the comprehensive monitoring and preventative maintenance activities, our CLOUDCare Program will reduce the business impact of IT failure by minimizing both the occurrences of IT failure and the duration of any remaining IT failures, thus resulting in a highly reliable and stable customer network.

Priority Service

Customers on this program are given priority queuing over non contract & CLOUDWatch customers.

24x7 Remote Monitoring

This monitoring service ensures all of the critical network devices that comprise your small business network are healthy and functioning reliably and optimally.

Server Maintenance

This ensures that all of your Windows servers have the most up-to-date security and system patches, helping to optimize performance and minimize security risk.

Network Maintenance

Router maintenance and updating is performed on the network.

Backup Services

This solution protects you from data damage or loss. We monitor, manage and test your custom data backup plan, as well as re-evaluate the plan to verify it is optimized.

Reporting

The data gathered from the monitoring over a period of time is reported back to the customer to give them a clear view of the health status of their network as well as all the actions that have performed on the networks.

An asset report is prepared for all devices that are monitored.

Job Logging and Tracking

Customers have access to an online portal which allows them to log and track any fault or job.

Phone Support Customers have access to phone support to report and track any faults or jobs.

Consulting

A monthly network health review meeting is held with the client.

A bi-annual strategy planning meeting is held with the client to assess what growth and development is required by the business for the upcoming year.

Hardware procurement - any research and consulting advice with regards to any hardware needs the client has.

The client is consulted to establish all the vendor relationships that need to be managed. 

Compliance planning is completed with the client to ensure that they understand their compliance needs and that their system compliance can be properly maintained.

Support Time

Billing for network and user support is based on usage at our hourly rates.
